National Association of Food Distribution Programs on Indian Reservation (NAFDPIR) came in to effect April, 1989, this Organization is a non-profit association of Indian tribal organizations participating in the USDA/FNS Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations. The Primary goal is to provide a nutritious, healthy food package that includes choices and services for hunger assistances and nutrition education to low-income Native Americans especially the elderly/disabled that are residing on or near reservations. We have 81 food items to select from; the amount you receive is according to the household size. We have many canned vegetables, canned fruits, juice in 64oz. plastic containers, canned and frozen meats, canned and dry beans, fresh fruit and vegetables, milk (canned, dry and liquid). Our bonus items are come in for the holidays which include Frozen Ham and sometimes canned Cranberry Sauce.


In order to qualify for our Program, nobody on the application cannot be on or in a pending status with Food Stamps the Head of Household needs to be an enrolled member of any Recognized Tribe. The Head of Household must provide Tribal ID or CIB for proof of enrollment. Also the Head of Household can be a non-member, but must provide proof of living on the reservation. Anyone that is working must provide 2 Current Check Stubs if paid Bi-weekly or 4 Current Check Stubs if paid Weekly. Should anyone be on Unemployment, they need to provide proof of how much they are getting weekly. Anyone on SSI or SSD needs to bring in there Awards Letter. Whom ever is on the Application needs Social and Date of Birth.

We are now doing deliveries on Fridays only for any of those that cannot make it to our location to receive their Commodities. All you have to do is just call and we will take your order over the phone. All we will need is for your physical address or how we can get there and a phone number just in case we may get lost.
